What to expect?
Every session starts with a dynamic warm-up followed by structured, coach-led training blocks that combine strength, conditioning, and movement quality. Our coaches offer hands-on guidance to help you train smart and push hard, whether you’re lifting, sprinting, or grinding through sleds. You’ll be part of a high-energy, ego-free environment where community support drives performance. Each class wraps with cooldown and mobility work, and you’ll have access to clean towels, secure lockers, and a stocked cooler with drinks and snacks to help you recover right.
Prerequisites
All fitness levels are welcome, but we expect you to show up ready to move, listen, and give your best. Athletic shoes and a water bottle are suggested, and first-time visitors should arrive 10 minutes early to meet their coach and get oriented. Be coachable, respectful of others, and open to feedback — we train hard, but we train together. If you have any injuries or need modifications, just let us know — we’ll make sure your workout works for you.
